WHO WE ARE

My profession as a mental health therapist gives me joy and admittedly some stress that I find myself needing an "outlet" for my creative energies.  I started out by looking in nature for "pretty rocks".  One then has to do something with the rocks.  So, I learned how to tumble and fell in love with lapidary work.  The next step was to take a course in metalsmithing and learn how to make jewelry.  I can safely say I am addicted to looking for agates and other semi-precious stones so that I can "pretty" them up for jewelry.  

Many of the stones I sell are cut, polished, designed, and set by me.  This hobby has burgeoned to selling them to others who also enjoy what nature has made for us.  KZM Pretty Jewels aims to show off the best of a stone that mother nature has provided.  Browse the site today!
